Our Founder
Hello!
My name is Celestine Anderson, and I am the face behind Ascelva Virtual Assistant. My background is in law, business administration, and account management.
I studied Law at Greenwich University and obtained a 1st class law degree. My specialisms were in company law, employment law and financial services and regulation. I have undertaken an internship in the legal department of a leading global investment bank as well as work experience in two Magic circle law firms.
I have over 11 years of experience in business administration both within the private and public sector. I have been a team administrator within a busy NHS department as well as a PA, office manager and account manager for private firms where I worked with big brand clients on high value contracts.
Lastly, I have run an award-winning business within the events industry. I understand what it is to run a successful business and how time-consuming administrative tasks can leave you feeling stressed; especially if they prevent you from making money.
About Ascelva
Ascelva was established because I want to help business owners and busy corporates.
The likelihood is that if you run a business, most of your time is taken up with completing administrative tasks and not actually doing the things in your business that you love. This is very frustrating because you probably started your business to pursue what you love doing. You know that you need to outsource, but you know that you cannot afford the costs or take on the responsibility of an employee. As a busy corporate, you can find your personal administration piling up because of the long hours and demands of corporate life. This can often impact your personal life because the little time that you do get to yourself is spent playing catch up; often leaving those you love on the side-lines.
Ascelva was designed to bridge this gap and is your invisible ‘no strings attached’ virtual assistant who you use as and when you need. I use a range of software to ensure that communication and information sharing is easy and safe. My background in account management means that you will feel like a customer, not a boss!
Having a 1st class law degree and specialising in company law, employment law and financial services and regulation, means that I can competently perform a wide range of virtual assistant services, giving you peace of mind especially with complex detailed work.
The bottom line? There are jobs that you hate doing. There are jobs that will take you three hours to do, that will take me one hour. Using Ascelva’s virtual assistant service means that you can be out making money or spending time with your family. Whether I am filing a new company registration or trademark, proofreading contracts and documents, arranging meetings, answering emails or doing a research project into where to get this year’s must Christmas gifts so that your family won’t be disappointed; my VA services can help!
